"Cole, look at your little brother! He's such a little alien!" said their dad. Ha Ha! We've been there. It's a pretty close explanation of what having a newborn is like. It's a whole new world... like landing on an alien planet, where every single moment is new, exciting, exhausting and exhilarating! It's such an honor to be able to spend a few hours in the strange, beautiful world, usually sticking to just one tiny space (the bedroom!) and yet seeing the beginnings of a lifetime of love and emotion, all right there -- laughter, tears, farts (yep lots of those!), bumps, jumps, cuddles, chaos, and most of all love.
Baby Ethan, you are SOOOO loved and you also have the most amazing thing in the universe, your big brother Cole.
