There's nothing more beautiful than watching families grow. We photographed J + S wedding a few years ago and when their two sons (whose bdays are just a few days apart) were having a joint celebration, they asked us to come document the fun! And what fun it was -- a balloon guy, a ball pit, and a delicious homemade cake! Happy 1st and 4th birthday to these two adorable kiddos :)

Wine country in the summer is a dream. It's sunny, the air smells like lavender, and every other person has a glass of wine in their hand. Sarah + Trevor got married last month at DeLoach Vineyards, a gorgeous Sonoma winery near the Russian River. Although it was a hot day, the bride was able to relax before the ceremony with her bridesmaids, cooling her toes in the DeLoach swimming pool. The groomsmen lounged under the shade of a small redwood grove and swapped jokes. Their ceremony was gorgeous, and ended when they literally tied the knot, with a beautiful handfasting in the Celtic tradition. We loved taking photos of Sarah + Trevor, and took beautiful portraits in the DeLoach Vineyards, where the couple was able to relax together, whisper in each others' ears, and turn up the romance. One of many aspects that made their outdoor reception oh so pretty, were the table settings. Each table had its very own heirloom china and silverware sets donated by loving family. Dancing happened inside under a beautiful chandelier. The bride surprised her mother, asking her to dance a special number to the "Gilmore Girls." So adorable.

Sarah + Trevor, your wedding was a perfect expression of your love for each other. You two were just beaming the entire day! We're thrilled for you both! Congratulations love birds!!

Julie + Daniel met in a fragrant field of fennel for their first look. It was incredibly romantic and sweet (and Ariel was crying through all of it, behind her sunglasses). J + D live in Sausalito and the backdrop of their wedding photos was perfect -- the Bay, lovely greenery and of course, quirky houseboats. The sweetness and playful attitude these two share in contagious - clearly, they are a perfect match. After photos along the water, we strolled over to Studio 333 for their lovely garden wedding ceremony, followed by dancing, oysters and a fabulous accordion player inside the gallery.

Congratulations Julie + Daniel on your beautiful day! We're thrilled for you both and wish bundles of joy and love for a lifetime.
