Maya + Liam: Point Reyes Wedding, Pt. 2

After a perfect wedding ceremony on the top of Mt. Vision, in Point Reyes, Maya + Liam hopped into the limo to wind their way down the mountain to their wedding reception at Toby's Feed Barn in the adorable town of Point Reyes Station.

These two are all about the party, good food, dear friends and fantastic music! The evening included live performances by Liam's cousins, tear-jerking toasts and a super silly conga line!

Windy would be an understatement. When we arrived on Bernal Hill at sunset to take our friends, Leora + Josh's, engagement photos, it was hard enough to keep standing! But we love wind: for a photo session, it's like having an on-site wind machine and Leora, who has some of the most gorgeous locks ever, embraced the breeze and let her hair whip in the wind. Glamo-rama!

Leora + Josh had their first date on Bernal Hill, writing songs and playing guitar together on the top of the mountain. Therefore it was so fitting that they brought a guitar and serenaded each other once again, their voices blending together like warm milk and honey, creating a perfect duet.

We had the best time on this crisp, fall evening, commemorating their engagement and are so happy for Leora + Josh!

Julia + Ian: Wente Vineyards Wedding in Livermore, Pt. 2

After Julia + Ian exchanged vows, surrounded by their sweetest and dearest friends and family, it was time to get the party started! Under a beautiful, warm, night sky, the newly married couple shared their first dance, followed by a fabulous surprise flash mob, which included booty shaking help from their guests. It was amazing fun, especially with their live band, Jump Start, which kept everyone dancing all night and singing along to some truly rock-n-roll classics. It was a perfect day and we could tell that Julia + Ian were having a blast, especially when they opted to smear handfuls of wedding cake frosting all over each others faces. The. Best!!

Julia + Ian: Wente Vineyards Wedding in Livermore, Pt. 1

Word was, guests had placed bets on how many rows it would take as the bride and her dad walked down the aisle, before they would start bawling. Pretty sure it was two. They win for being adorable.

There were so many tears of joy on Julia + Ian's wedding day - to witness such perfect love makes one's heart leap with gladness. After the bride and groom got dressed, they had their first look in the garden. Ian hid between the tall corn rows, and Julia sought him out for a long-awaited kiss. The sun was hot, but luckily, the bride and groom had a chance to cool off in the wine cellar and share a moment to rest before their beautiful ceremony.

We're so happy for Julia + Ian and we feel honored to photograph their gorgeous wedding. It was truly a celebration of love and happiness. More photos of the reception coming soon, so stay tuned :)
