Cutest. Family. Ever!

Kara is our midwife and we have been spending the last few months getting to know each other, in preparation for our baby girl arriving in April. During our visits (pregnancy checkups are done in the comfort of our own home, on the living room couch), we have gotten to hear wonderful stories about her beautiful family and last week we got to meet them all, for a family photo session at Glen Canyon Park. Kara + her husband Jon have two spirited kids, Ruby and Jackson, and they love between these four is truly dear. We feel so thankful to have such a warm mother figure, with an incredible family, helping us start our own family :)

Kimmy + Paul: San Francisco Wedding Photography at Fort Mason + Potrero Hill Neighborhood House, Pt. 2

After their wedding ceremony at the Fort Mason Chapel, Kimmy + Paul took a walk through the green fields and surrounding gardens, where we got to take some romantic just-married couples photos :) We loved being able to capture their giddiness, as they relished in the emotions of so much love and happiness.

When the sun finally set, they were whisked off in a limo to their wedding reception at the Potrero Hill Neighborhood House, for dinner and dancing.

Congratulations Kimmy + Paul! We're thrilled you two are married! This year is going to be amazing!

Kimmy + Paul: San Francisco Wedding Photography at Fort Mason Chapel, Pt. 1

We arrived at Kimmy + Paul's apartment just before the bride put on her wedding dress. Kimmy had mentioned that they had an awesome view from their apartment and we were excited when the bride hopped onto the roof, for some urban bridal shots with sweeping views of downtown San Francisco in the background!

Kimmy + Paul had a touching wedding ceremony at the Fort Mason Chapel, officiated by the groom's father, who filled the celebration with wonderful stories, including how the two love birds met through a match-maker aunt and friend. From the way Kimmy + Paul looked into each other's eyes throughout the ceremony, one can tell that that is what smitten looks like.

We love to collaborate with great wedding vendors in the Bay Area. In November we photographed Jessica + Simon's wedding in Napa, a beautiful wedding planned by Shelia Dizon of Event Solutions. Last weekend, Shelia and her powerhouse team of wedding planners met with us in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park, for a professional headshot photo session of the whole team :)
