Martine + Vlad had an intimate gathering of family and friends to celebrate their wedding at Meadowood in Napa Valley. Elegant, joyous, and perfectly planned by their lovely wedding coordinator at Meadowood, Elizabeth Harris, the day was a pure distillation of wonderful love.

The morning was spent getting dolled up in their respective places, with such sweet calm that the pitter patter of the spring shower outside provided appropriately peaceful accompaniment. Martine + Vlad met for their first look, taking photos on the gorgeous grounds of Meadowood, and looked more glamorous than movie stars on the red carpet. The ceremony and reception followed, filled with sumptuous treats and drinks. Around dinner time, the newly married couple said goodbye to their guests and ran through the rain to their private dinner in the kitchen at the restaurant in Meadowood.

Martine + Vlad, congratulations darlings! You are married! We adore you and wish you all best in your beautiful life together.

We love traveling to photograph destination weddings, especially when it means we get to go make photos at a wedding of two people we love. Ever since Ariel was a teenager and read a fashion spread in Vogue with models in cable knit sweaters on schooners bringing up cages of lobsters, she's wanted to visit Maine. Now, we got the perfect opportunity to go and celebrate the love of our dear friends and experience all the magic of that blueberry state. Katherine + Danny are two people we love very much and their wedding was oooh sooo them: beautiful, down-to-earth, and heartwarming. The ceremony and reception took place on a private farm, just outside of Bar Harbor, on the magical island of Mt. Desert in Maine, home of Acadia National Park.

Virtually everyone at the wedding had helped out in some way, whether is was making the bouquet, baking a cake or cooking up some pork (from a pig that one of their friends raised). Even the groom's suit, bolo tie, and the bride's dress were handmade. What a collection of talented friends and family! They had a thoughtful and heartfelt ceremony in the Quaker tradition, with friends and family popping up to say words of love and encouragement whenever the moment felt right. Then there was food and drinks, followed by the best dance party and a dance mix (p.s we want a copy! Yay, it was that good!) that had everyone shakin' it under the stars, as the harvest moon rose into the sky.

Congratulations Katherine + Danny! We adore you both and wish you so much love and joy in your marriage.

Marika + Jess' wedding reception had a relaxed vibe, peppered with delicious vegetarian food, games, and dancing. But the best part of the evening was watching the newlyweds on the dance floor. They were just together, locked in each others arms and it was dreamy to witness.

Marika + Jess -- may you always be able to come back to those moments on the dance floor at your wedding, because all you will every need is one another, a good song and the perfect pair of dance shoes. Much love to you both!

It's hard to know where to start when writing this blog post. Marika + Jess are two of the most wonderful people in the world and their wedding was nothing short of a California Dream. We loved being a part of their beautiful Los Angeles wedding, sunshine and smiles all around.

Marika is a style maven and was the most beautiful, retro glam babe on her wedding day! Her wedding dress and shoes were vintage and her friend Tina created the most amazing up-do, and made Marika an incredible handmade veil. Jess was the most dapper of gents, in a smart suit, bow tie and the biggest grin across his face the whole day. So happy!

We send Marika + Jess so much love and wish them both a lifetime of snuggles together. Congratulations love birds!!
