We took employee headshots for a corporate event at the JW Marriott near San Francisco's Union Square while concurrently covering their gala. Employees had flown in from all over the globe, and since they were all in one place for their annual celebration, it was a perfect time to take everyone's portrait. It was also tremendously fun, because guests could mingle and sip on cocktails, then take a break and slip into our side room to get their portrait taken. This is just a small sampling of the portraits we took during the gala -- we took over 80 employee headshots and got such great smiles.

Corporate Event Photography at the JW Marriott Union Square in San Francisco

We photographed a lively corporate event at the JW Marriott in Union Square, to celebrate the end of a great week of training and to celebrate year end achievements of individuals at the company. With a cocktail hour, plated dinner, and awards ceremony, it was an evening to remember. We also took about 80 employee portraits in a separate room during the cocktail hour (stay tuned for a future blog post)! The gala honored great achievement, propulsive leadership, and strong teamwork; and, perhaps most importantly, was just a lot of fun!

Mo + Ryan: San Francisco Engagement Photography in the San Francisco Botanical Gardens & Baker Beach

Mo + Ryan share a real romantic spark, not to mention they were almost struck by lightning when Ryan was going to propose! They had hiked to the top of Mt. Fuji to watch the sunrise, and ended up arriving as a storm swept in and feeling the heat of a bolt sear the air within a few feet of them. As Grease's John Travolta howls in the song, "You're the One I Want" --- "It's Electrifying!!"

M + R traded in a storm for a sunny day to serve as the backdrop to their engagement session in SF, including a stroll through the San Francisco Botanical Gardens, bursting with vibrant spring magnolia blooms, and then an excursion to Baker Beach with their pup, Lucca.

These two are such a perfect couple together. We love their energy and had a wonderful day with them. We're so excited for their wedding later this year -- it's going to be awesome!

Juniper's Video Dictionary at 10 months

Our little kiddo amazes us daily. She's gotten quite good at crawling, and in the last few days, has pushed up from her forearms onto her hands and knees for the added speed. Juni has a generous spirit, offering us bites of her food at mealtime, and big cuddles when we play on the floor with her. Also, the words have been coming. It's so exciting to be able to communicate with her in this new way, and we made a video documenting the words she knows at 10 months. We hope you enjoy it!
